Vacuum hot press with direct heating

We have extended our product range of hot presses. The latest addition in this field is a vacuum hot press with direct heating, also known as a Spark Plasma Sintering System. Optional furnishings are available, e. g. an inductive hybrid heating or charging via a glove box purged with an inert gas.

  • Precise, stiff press frame of little deformation and exact guidance of the press ram
  • Compression stroke measurement and compression speed measurement
  • Servo-hydraulic force control, low noise via digital hydraulic
  • directly heated - known as Spark Plasma Sintering System
  • Temperature up to 2400°C
  • Option: inductive hybrid heating, loading via glove box
