The application requires high-temperature sintering systems for heavy-duty material to be in a close contact with high temperatures and a contaminated atmosphere.

In most applications, the individual graphite materials are used as the design material for the internal components and the thermal insulation. Depending on the system, they are subject to more or less wear.

Remote maintenance / support

In addition to the telephone support, that exists since the first days of the company, FCT Anlagenbau have offered for many years world-wide remote maintenance of the delivered systems.
Here, our service engineers can establish a connection via internet or ISDN to the system controller at the customer's. If necessary, the service engineer can control mouse and keyboard of the remote system computer. This enables the service engineer to be in a telephone conversation with the customer and to provide direct support at the same time. Faults can thus rapidly be pinpointed, and direct troubleshooting help can be given. If necessary, this procedure can also be used for software adaptation. In many cases, you can avoid a visit of our engineer, including the necessary waiting time.
