High temperature- and vacuum systemsfor the development and production of heavy-duty material

Based on more than 30 years of experience, FCT Anlagenbau GmbH is the recognized manufacturer of high-temperature sintering systems with temperatures up to 3000°C and pressures up to 20 MPa, both in standard versions and in customized versions all over the world.

We provide a large bandwidth of heat treatment plants that produce high performant materials using following processes:

SINTERING – TEMPERING – ANNEALING
DEBINDING – HOT PRESSING – VACUUM

FCT offers a variety of systems for the heat treatment of highly developed materials. Depending on their size, the systems can be employed in production or in research and development laboratories.

Vacuum sintering systems

A variety of different vacuum sintering systems is possible. This permits all wishes and requirements of the customer to be satisfied.

Curing ovens

Curing ovens for pyrolysis or debinding processes can be designed with a metallic heater insert or with graphite heating conductors.

Vacuum hot presses

Based on more than 30 years of experience in the construction of high-temperature vacuum hot presses, FCT continuously have developed new generations of hot presses. Throughout the world, approximately 100 such high-performance systems are in use.

Special systems

Thanks to the long-term experience FCT have made in the area of the high-temperature systems, and the close cooperation with our partners, we are in a position to satisfy even the most specific requirements of our customers.

Spark plasma sintering system

We have developed a special hot press with direct heating.

Auxiliary equipment and handling systems

Our additional equipment is tuned to our systems. In certain cases, it can be retrofitted to existing FCT systems. This enables you to optimize your process even better.

Vacuum gas pressure sintering furnaces

In the past years, gas pressure sintering for structural ceramic materials on the basis of silicon nitride and silicon carbide has been developed from the first steps in laboratories to manufacturing readiness.

We provide a worldwide service availability and a comprehensive incident management of the delivered systems.

Continuous sintering furnaces

The sintering furnaces developed by FCT work with resistance heating or inductive heating. They are best suited for sintering or annealing in a nitrogen or argon atmosphere.
