Development and manufacturing of a full-metal heater cartridge

For sintering systems used in heat-treatment applications under vacuum or protective furnace gas at temperatures of up to 1700 °C we have developed and now manufacture a full-metal heater cartridge made of molybdenum.

-1/+0,1 bar, 1700°C, with flaring device

  • heat treating under vacuum and in protective gas atmosphere (N2, N2/H2-mixture, H2)
  • full-metal heating element (molybdenum)
  • with flaring device (TÜV-certified) for post-combustion of hazardous gas
  • with equipment for gas humidification
  • quick change of the load by 2 lifting plates
